I've read somewhere that the trouble with depression is that even once it's passed and you're happy, your mind tries to conivnce you you shouldn't be happy. That you don't deserve it. It takes time to recognise that and tell it where to go. Take a deep breath, keep going and just enjoy it all. Good luck dude, nice to see you vlogging again. xx
I say I have to agree with both of the above. I think if your life is going good, enjoy it! Slowly let that wall down and know that it's ok to be happy. You deserve it...we ALL deserve it.
Yes, indeed, it was a beautiful day. Aren't you glad you're not back east? Then you'd REALLY have something to be miserable about.
