Two Extremely Important People In My Life

I am an ass. In one of my blogs below I forgot 2 very important people in my life and as a result I am dedicating a post to them both. They are my old college buddies Chris and Ryan pictured here...

When I was in college they were both music majors like me. Ryan was sound recording and Chris I believe was performance, he played the trumpet. Anyways Ryan already had a Liberal Arts Degree and was going for a second degree. I believe he is now studying some sort of Robotics. I met him in The University Choir. I remember he showed me lots of short films he had made in the past and introduced me to lots of drinks. A consequence when drinking and watching his short films were that I dont remember some of them. I do remember likeing them.
Ryan and I dont talk as much as we'd like to but when we do there is still that same bond we had years ago...aaaawwwwwwww cheesy but true...Fuck you.
Chris's story is a little complex. I was freinds with a guy who went to high school with him. This freind introduced me to him when Chris was throwing rocks at a squirrel in a tree in the University's Cafeteria court yard after the squirrel stole his lunch. He was mostly trying to get his lunch back as opposed to hurting the squirrel. I remember thinking this guy has character , mostly because there was snow on the ground and he was wearing sandels and socks. Anyways we didnt really become freinds than until a year later when my freind was kicked out of school and Chris and I had dorms close to each other. We were good and bad influences on each other. I remember staying up late every night either watching movies or playing a computer game called" Armegeddon Worms". I forgot to mention Chris became an art major that year so I remember some nights staying up all night helping him do projects. Well I he would do the work I would just give my opinion...or just hang out and be loud. I really dont remember when we slept. I remember going to class until 5, doing homework until around 10 than staying up all night hanging out. He left school mainly because of the teachers. Even though we hardly slept he worked hard on his work. His work also looked good. I believe his teachers would give him B's and he coudlnt figure out why. If he was doing his job and creating pictures from the heart than how is that a B. He did the assignment and he let it come from inside. He also left school because his art teacher made him watch "The Phantom Menace" at elast 3 times that one semester because he felt it was true art and something they could learn from. He would have rather learned through lectures than through a bad movie.
Anyways Ryan is in Mass still and Chris is in San Francisco. I know there both working well paying jobs and working on side projects they love like film making. Ryan passed through LA in August and I got to see him for an hour when he visited me at my job and Chris I havent seen since 2002 but i talk to alot on the phone.
So I guess to you both, if you read this, I would like to say Alumnsay and hope to see you both soon.
