A little bit about me

I figured that since I have some people who view my blog who I have never met maybe I should put some background about myself on here. Im sure maybe even some people I do know may be interested to get a quick back story about me as well, that way they'll hate me forever. I may need write this on two posts because I would like to post alot of pictures.
To begin, I was born in Lowell Massachusetts, it's 30 minutes north of Boston. It's 15 minutes south of tax free New Hampshire, woo hoo. I lived in this house

Yeah I dont know how to rotate the image when posting it, anyone? Moveing along, I attended Lowell High School and than The University of Massachusetts in Lowell. Anyone ever been? I was a music education major for 2 of my 3 years there. I can tell you I recomend not going to U Lowell if there studying Music. There are some great Professors there, but when I left the Dr's were all on there high horses. I had one Dr not show up for about 18 classes I counted.
Anyways I couldnt afford to finish college , which is OK, I made some great freinds I still have and I came to the realization that I didnt want to major in music anyways, Film is more of my calling. Around this time I was talking to one of my bestfreinds girlfreinds via Instant Messanger, she was studying in FL. I was just saying hello, she had to walk away from the computer for a bit and she put her roomate on to talk to me. Which is a little weird since neither one of us new each others names. We talked for a bit , We learned each others names, her name is Mollye, and out of habit I just added her to my buddy list, that was something I automatically did back than.
A few weeks later I was up later, saw Mollye sign on, I had nothing else to do so I sent her a hello. Strangely enough we talked everynight from midnight to around 6 am. Never once talked on the phone. Since Mollyes roomate lived close to me, Mollye took a leap of faith, she bought a train ticket and spent 19 hours on a train to meet someone she's never seen. This is a long story but since this is about my background Mollye is now my life, so this is an imporant part. Well short story long. Mollye walked off the train, we saw each other, and it was one of the best moments , from the best beginnings to the best week of my life. Make sence? I hope so. We spent the week together. I showed her some of boston and where I grew up, Luckily we hit it off. When she had to leave on that train one week later we both made another leap of faith. She would move in with me that summer and I would move to FL with her when summer ended.

(Heres a picture of us, I love her very much)

Thats what we did and thats when I moved to Tampa FL. I dont know about FL. I used to hate it but in retrospect it had it's perks. Great sky, rain once a day( i love the rain) good food and warm beaches. Horrible working conditions, bad drivers, some spoiled rich people is what helped ruin the experience. I did make some great freinds there too. Freinds who I miss alot. Mollye and I also got our babies in FL. Heres a pic.

(Heres a picture of Tampa, the minarets below the picuture are from Mollye's school , University of Tampa)

Mollye took some time off from school and both she and myself moved back to Lowell in May 2002 to help take care of my grandmother. I forgot to mention that I started working for the evil Target corporation back in 1999. I started in NH, than Tampa and when I moved back to Mass I worked for the same NH store as before. In order to make extra money when we moved back both Mollye and myself worked overnight at Target. It was definetly an experience I wont forget. If you've never worked overnight let me just say you get to meet a whole different kind of characters. Some really cool, some sad and some strange. I remember a guy in his late 20's early 30's. He worked overnight 5-6 nights a week and than went to school all day. He liked to talk about the destruction of the planet and make smart ass remarks which always through us off. Another guy talked to himself all the time. I remember unloading the truck and hearing him say to himself "God Damn Cunt". That same guy once through a 27 inch TV across the stock room because it was in his way. That was a hilarious sight to see.
Well lets just say returning to Mass wasn't as eventful as both Mollye and myself had hoped so we packed up our things and moved back to FL so Mollye could finish school. This time around we had a really beautiful apartment along the Hillsborough River in Tampa. Lets see If I have a picture.

(heres a picture from one of our Thanksgivings in Tampa, it's the best apartment pic I have)

(heres a picture of what our view looked like from our balcony)

I transfered Targets again. I still hated the working conditions in FL compared to anywhere else I've worked. They say we get paid less in FL because cost of living is cheaper. They don't take into the account that electricity is extremly high because we live on a penninsular, sales tax is 8 percent, and auto insurance is expensive because Tampa is in the top ten most dangerous cities to drive in in the country. To me I think everything should break even but whatever. My experience working retail in FL also involved being scheduled to 10:30 pm on somedays which is fine, but the store was never cleaned by 10:30 so we would be locked in until the store was finished. The earliest we left was midnight. Some nights we worked from 2:pm till 4:am the next day. That was fun.
So 2 years went by, Mollye Graduated With Honors with a degree in Musical Theater and I was still with Target. I made some more great freinds but it was time to move on again. Not back to Mass but to LA. Mollye could use her degree and I could do my thing which I wasnt sure what that was yet. It was either writing or acting. We packed up out things and moved to LA. I quit Target and got a job at IKEA and I spend most of my free time writing...or stareing at a computer screen. Mollye does extra work full time and she has recently been made eligible to join the actors union which does cost over a thousand dollars but once she joins she gets paid more than double from what she was getting. Life is better here but I do miss alot of things from the other states Ive lived in. Tampa had Busch Gardens, Disney World, Sea World, Good Food and good freinds. Mass had Family, Good Food, Good Freinds, Tax free NH, Maine and Boston. Boston may just be my favorite city. Here are some pics of Boston I took.
